Saint Paul Interparochial School is located in a residential section of Ramsey, which is a suburban area of Bergen County, New Jersey.  It is within walking distance of the center of town.  Saint Paul Church is located across the street from the school.

The building was originally constructed in 1950 with a renovation in 2006.  Construction of a state-of-the-art gymnasium is currently underway. This gymnasium will be attached to the existing school building.  It will consist of bleachers and bathrooms and will have a multipurpose capacity.

The school building consists of seventeen classrooms.  A brand new science lab has recently been completed. The computer lab, cafeteria and library are air-conditioned. Visitors are greeted in the main office located adjacent to the Principal's office. A nurses' office with a new emergency defibulator is located near the main office. A modular vehicle is located next to the school for use by Bergen County Special Services.

Each classroom has at least one lockable door. All have windows which can be used as emergency exits.  Classrooms are well lit and ceiling fans aid circulation in the downstairs classrooms.  Emergency evacuation and fire procedures are clearly posted. A reverse 911 system is in place.

We have an excellent fire alarm system which is directly linked to the Ramsey Fire Department.  The fire department regularly inspects our facility and fire drills are conducted monthly.  A security committee, which consists of faculty members, meets to assess current needs for the safety of our students.

The outside grounds provide adequate playing areas for the school children and for parish use.  There is a fenced-in playground. In order to minimize injuries, a specially surfaced basketball court has been constructed for student use. A large field accommodates softball, soccer and free play, as well as other school and community events.  The parking lot has recently been paved. The exterior of the building is attractively maintained and seasonally decorated.
